Antibody titer after a first exposure to an antigen (primary response) compared to a second exposure to the same antigen (secondary response) on the same time axis.
Primary response: long lag (~5-10 days), lower peak, mostly IgM early. Secondary response: short lag (~1-2 days), much higher peak, dominated by IgG — the direct effect of pre-existing memory B cells.
